Intermediate container for a ready reserve of seeds
Magnetic separator of metallic impurities
Treated seeds enter the press where they are gradually compressed while the oil is coming out through outlet slits.
The cold-pressed vegetable oil thus obtained has a high quality and a low content of phospholipids. The presses are by default equipped with an integrated separator of solids; these particles are fed back into the press and re-pressed. The sedimentation tank is equipped with an oil stirrer.
The mechanically partially broken up and heated press cakes continuously enter the extruders for a further mechanical and thermal treatment via extrusion.
During extrusion, anti-nutritional substances are eliminated, proteins and starches are transformed, the material is sterilized by the destruction of germs and molds. The cake has a high nutritional value and represents a valuable feed for livestock. The extrusion process itself is thanks to the pre-pressing step significantly less demanding of energy.
Regulation of temperature in the working unit leads to an optimal digestibility of proteins for pigs, poultry, fish and ruminants (increasing the content of by-pass protein). This regulation is done automatically via an output nozzle at the output of the extruder.
Final hot pressing provides high oil yield thanks to disruption of the cellular structure of the seeds in the preceding extrusion step. In this step, low content of residual fat in the press cake is achieved. Final presses are equipped with system for shaft cooling and an integrated cake breaker.
Automatic filtration is an equipment intended for the filtration of vegetable oils, especially for the removal of solid particles, which are a by-product of oilseed pressing. This technology is offered for medium- and large-scale press shops.
Filtration may be followed by further raw oil processing by refining: This process involves separation of substances that are undesirable for the use of the oil in food purposes or technical goals. In refining, phospholipid content is significantly decreased, as well as that of fatty acids or waxes (sunflower oil). Odors and colorants are removed as well. Do not hesitate to contact us for more detailed information on the refining technology.
FIC checks numerous values and parameters. It provides both sound and visual cues to the staff whenever the values are off. The system by itself can respond by technology shutdown, when necessary.
A software extension of the FIC system. It allows, in combination with remote control by Farmet, to optimize the process of seed processing and thus maximize its economic benefits.
